I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University in 2007 and a Master of Science in Counseling from Loyola University in 2010. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana in 2012 and transferred my license to Colorado in 2013. In October 2023, I completed a year-long course on Compassionate Inquiry, a therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté.
